Dreame has put its slimmest robot vacuum yet on sale in India, priced at ₹1,34,999 at launch. Startbook currently tracks it at ₹1,29,999 on Dreame India. For that money, the question is whether it fixes real household irritations or just adds spec-sheet numbers.
Anyone who has owned a robot vacuum knows the routine: a rope of hair wound around the brush roller every week, a navigation tower that stops the machine from entering the space under the bed, and corners the round mop never quite reaches. The Dreame X60 Ultra Complete is built around exactly those complaints, according to Smartprix, whose writer has used four robot vacuums from entry level to flagship and says nearly every headline feature here answers one specific irritation.
The most visible change is height. The body is 7.95 cm tall, against 10.38 cm for the L50s Pro Ultra that Smartprix compared it with. Instead of a fixed dome on top, the navigation sensor is a retractable DToF unit that scans 360 degrees in open rooms and drops into the body when the robot goes under low furniture. Gizbot's launch report adds that Dreame pairs this with two 120-degree cameras and says the robot can recognise more than 280 object types, from cables and rugs to pet bowls.
Cleaning hardware gets the usual flagship treatment. Suction is quoted at 35,000Pa, which Dreame calls the highest it has offered. A detangling DuoBrush system is meant to stop hair winding around the roller. Mop pads are heated above 40 degrees, spin at 230RPM and press down with 15N of force, and extending arms push the side brush and mop pad into corners. The dock washes the pads with water heated to 100 degrees, empties dust into a 3.2 litre bag, and dries the pads with hot air. It can climb thresholds up to 8 cm when double-layered, or 4.2 cm for a single layer.
What it means in India
Launch pricing is ₹1,34,999, with sales opening on the Dreame India site on 22 September 2026, then Amazon India on 27 September, and Croma plus select stores after that. Warranty is one year, and Dreame says its service network covers more than 160 Indian cities, with pick-up and drop assistance and installation support. At this price, that service promise matters as much as suction. Smartprix noted no launch-week bank offers, and pointed to a 5% cashback on the Amazon Pay ICICI credit card from 27 September for buyers willing to wait.
Who it suits, and who should skip it
Smartprix is blunt about the price: it targets a very narrow group of buyers, and for most people it looks overpriced. Their reviewer also points out that the same money could buy two different Dreame robot vacuums for separate rooms or floors. Treat the suction and 280-object figures as Dreame's claims; the sources here are a launch report and a first-look piece, not long-term tests.
If your home has low beds and sofas, lots of hair, and you want a dock that does almost everything without attention, this is the model built for you. If the budget is nearer ₹45,000 to ₹70,000, the Dreame D30 Ultra and the Dreame L50s Pro Ultra are the more realistic picks, and the cheaper machines usually clean the same floor.
